Comments about Solaray CranActin Cranberry AF Extract 400 mg, 120 ea:

Cranberry extract has bee scientifically proven to decrease bacterial adherence to your bladder, so if you tend to get bladder infections (urinary tract infections, UTI's) overly often, or have "honeymoon cystitis, then cranberry might help you stay away from frequent antibiotic use.
For a while i had one every 6-8 weeks. Initially i tried the Azo Cranberry, but the added Vit C and extra urinary health additives seemed to work best, b/c I started on CranActin, and i have had one UTI the last three years.
One daily should work, but can take up to 4 daily depending on need. Also, if you've been taking regularly, missing doses or quitting may initially feel like you have UTI. This is normal as it changes the pH of urine.
