When fighting a cold sore this is a great combo product instead of having to swallow mutliple tablets to get all of the needed elements (L-lysine, C and Zinc). Also very useful in helping to prevent and fight off common colds. This Solaray formulation has rounded edges and a thin coating which makes it easier to swallow than most 1000mg L-lysine tablets. Also, the tablets do not have a potent odor or taste which makes them more pleasant to use. I would definitely buy them again and highly recommend them to others. Great product!
As an ADULT dietary supplement, take three tablets daily. For best results, take with fruit juice between meals or just prior to eating. Store in a dry, cool place.
