I decided to clean up my body & this was the ist step. For the 1st week, I felt like I had a slight case of the flu, but it's just a side effect. As the toxins leave the body, you feel sick. I haven't had any other unpleasant side effects. And, (I try ever so delicately to say it) my bowel movements feel purposeful. No, I'm not a Bay Area hippie-dippie, health nut. Next I look forward to using the kindney cleanse!
