Comments about Solarcaine Aloe Extra Burn Relief Spray, 4.5 oz: I use this when I do not want to touch the affected area so you do not have to worry about causing pain.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Solarcaine Aloe Extra Burn Relief Spray, 4.5 oz: I haven't used this particular brand. I've only used the [...] brand but it has the same ingredients. This summer has been extremely humid which has caused horrible eczema flareups on my arms. This spray has been a life saver. It's cooling on contact and takes away the itch. When possible I apply it at least 4 times a day and once dry (about 15-20 minutes) I follow up with Aveeno Calamine anti-itch cream. It's really helping. The spray doesn't sting and i definitely recommend it. My mom has also used it on her shoulders for a sunburn and she also liked it.

Comments about Solarcaine Aloe Extra Burn Relief Spray, 4.5 oz: I have been using Solarcaine for decades, and it's the only thing I've found that is extremely effective for sunburns. Most of the stores around me have stopped carrying it (I don't know why), but I was glad to find it on drugstore.com. It appears a little oily when it is applied, but It will eventually dry after about 20-30 minutes (leaves no residue). So, although you may be tempted to wipe it off, try to be patient and let it soak in.

Best Uses Comments about Solarcaine Aloe Extra Burn Relief Spray, 4.5 oz: I got a bad burn on my back while on vacation in FL and went on a frantic search for a pure aloe product. I couldn't find one (most have alcohol in them) and my husband suggested the Solorcaine with aloe. Honestly, I got it just to placate him and then submitted to him spraying it on my back. But was I surprised! It's instantly cooling and it does take away much of the pain and itching. It does take a few minutes to dry and does stay a bit tacky to the touch for awhile but it's worth it. I like a lot of it on so I spray it on and then spray a bunch on my hand and add more. I am really sold on this product! Pros

Comments about Solarcaine Aloe Extra Burn Relief Spray, 4.5 oz: I've been using this product to relieve painful burns from the Sun and other heat sources since I was a child (at least 25 years). This product works excellant. It is easy to apply and is very useful for treating sun burns.
Comments about Solarcaine Aloe Extra Burn Relief Spray, 4.5 oz: This is the only product for sunburn that has ever worked for me! Aloe gel gives me little relief and always seems to make my skin tighter and itchy after. This product sprays on coats and cools the skin. The only drawback is the that it stays wet for 20+ minutes until it sinks into the skin - so you need time to let it dry and not wipe off. I am so happy drugstore.com is selling it because my local store has stopped! Comments about Solarcaine Aloe Extra Burn Relief Spray, 4.5 oz: I recently purchased this for painful sunburn-unfortunately, it did not work; I didn't get an ounce of relief. Have to give it a thumbs down. Displaying reviews 1-7 ![]() |
