I would tell anyone who hasn't used a diamond head before to wait for 1 week before you see the true results of what this brush head can do. I use this with my flex care handle and put brush head in the sanitizing compartment. There is no need to go and buy the diamond cleaning system if your flex care system still works. The biggest improvement I have seen is that the diamond head brush cleans better between the teeth than the hydroclean heads did. It drove me crazy to see particles between my teeth after brushing--you still have to floss w/ the diamond head brushes, but the teeth are much cleaner pre-flossing--just give it a week before you make your final judgement on whether you are satisfied with the product.
