Brushes are very soft and gentle on gums, yet effective for cleaning. However, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to switch out the brush heads on my Sonicare model! Help! I know bought the right size for my brush but the instructions are not very helpful. I may have to call Sonicare directly to see if they can talk me through it over the phone!
