Can't tell if this is helping Short Term Memory loss but nothing else is available after my husband took Arricept for three years. My mind seems to be fine but who knows. Certainly can't hurt.

I took this product with food once a day for over a week and began having cramps and loose bowel movements. I stopped it, and started again two weeks later and the same symptoms returned.
