All I can say is WOW! I didn't even realize that I had digestive issues. The older I've gotten the more I realize that I do/did have IBS, particularly with a heavy meal that contains meat (especially beef products). I would get a very bloated feeling in my stomach. If I take a couple of these during my meal, the bloated feeling doesn't occur! It is wonderful...I can now enjoy a steak without regretting it later. :)

Fantastic! Due to my back surgeries I have had a problem with digestion and constipation. Was taking Miralax twice a day, but these really aid in that and I find myself taking less mira lax!

Enzymes are important for most of us to add, as we get older. I take two per day. Source Naturals is a fine product. My local discount vitamin store is selling this same product for (depending on sales) from $24 to $27/bottle.

I take one capsule at the beginning of each meal. Works wonders!! I don't feel as if I could jet to New York each day....on my own "gas" fuel!

My doctor recommended this product along with acidophillis to aid in digestion because I was having problems with acid reflux.
I can really tell a difference when I forget to take this supplement.

Easy to use, just take with a meal. Helps aid digestion so you don't have that "too full" feeling. It works great. I''ve just purchased my second bottle.

The only problem with the enzymes is that you have to remember to take one before every meal to truly work, not always convenient. Seems to greatly help any discomfort after meals though, and there is no bad taste to the capsules. I would suggest for anyone that has been to the doctor and told that they have the broad IBS problem, which seems like an easy answer. Definitely buy on this website, much more expensive in the stores.
