The review below is sort of ridiculous- yes, it takes time to dissolve. It is not alka-seltzer, and your stomach is not a glass of water. DMAE is actually very effective, within a few hours of the time it is taken. There is no build-up that I've noticed, meaning it needs to be taken consistently for continued results. I've taken quite a few memory and concentration enhancing supplements, and I haven't taken many that work as noticeably as this does. I have not used any that don't require regular or even increased dosage. Nothing is going to 'change your brain.' But DMAE and some (not all) other chemicals that pass the BBB [blood-brain barrier] will truly help it perform.
