Comments about Source Naturals Magnesium Malate 1250mg, 180 tablets:
This product works wonders for fibromyalgia pain. When I'm having a flare-up, I take it daily until the pain is gone. Then I take it on an as needed basis. I have shopped around, and this is, by far, the most inexpensive of this type of product. It is also equally, if not more, effective than the pharmaceutical grade supplements of the same nature. Great value for the money.
Service and delivery comments:
Prompt delivery. If I used this product daily, I would place it on autoship.
Comments about Source Naturals Magnesium Malate 1250mg, 180 tablets:
I have been taking malic acid for 5+ years to help with my fibromyalgia pain. The previous brand that I used became difficult to obtain, so in spring 2010 I began using this one. I have always found that malic acid helps control my fibromyalgia pain, but I had not taken any malic acid for 1-2 weeks before trying this product. Within 3 days of starting this product, I began experienciing some pain relief again, especially with muscle aches. (Malic acid alone does not control my fibromyalgia pain, but does help in combination with other medications and supplements.) Another plus: because this product contains magnesium, I was able to discontinue an additional magnesium supplement. I take the recommended dosage of 3 tablets daily. I highly recommend it for anyone with fibromyalgia.
