I take one a day. I used to have to get up 2-3 times a night. Now I seem to be down to once a night, and that usually near morning! I've been taking saw palmetto for years, and see a similar, but much weaker affect. This stuff is great!

I have used a version of this product as capsules, and have been satisfied with it. I would give the capsules 5 stars. However, these tablets evidently do not have a coating, and are extremely vulnerable to humidity. Even though they are not exposed to air for long, soon they crumble into powder. Plus, they are very bitter.If you set one out in a dry location, within hours it swell, then crack, and finally, turn to powder. I cannot carry one of these in a pill box to work for this reason. If you fill a small bottle and use desiccant, they are ok if you can use them immediately. Eventually, the ones in the original bottle will decay.The Beta-Siosterol itself does much the same thing as saw palmetto formulas do for the prostate. It doesn't work for everyone, but for me it was better than using the popular [*] drug.
