I have chronic sleep problems. Sublingual Melatonin is a lifesaver for me. It has a pleasant taste (I have only used the peppermint) and works quickly. I have used it for over 5 years and have not needed to increase the dosage.
Our pediatrician recommended it for my s-year-old as well (up to 3 mg) and it works great for her too.
1 tablet at bedtime: 1/2 tablet may be sufficient for some people. Do not take more than one tablet daily. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly, altering the position of the tablet to avoid prolonged contact with the same area.
