Due to endometriosis, I can't take any estrogen or estrogen-like products to handle hot flashes. My mother-in-law told me about pycnogenol and it's been wonderful. It took a few days of taking it twice a day to really kick in, but now I have only occasional hot flashes and those that do happen are much less severe. And no more night sweats. Prior to taking this, I was miserable and driving my husband crazy, too.

This is the only thing I have found that takes the burning away or greatly reduces the burning sensation in my knees. It also took the swelling out too! I can finally walk up and down the stairs like an adult and not a two year old. I take one in the am and one in the pm. No side effects noted.
