I take one a day and have tried other brands of resveratrol and will choose another brand the next time although this one is good dosage for the price. The taste is absolutely awful. It requires a good amount of liquid to get it down as fast as I can. It goes down smoothly but the taste in my mouth is heinously vile.

I had been taking a capsule of the same brand. I find the smell of the tablet distasteful and have difficulty swallowing the tablet form. I will return to the capsules.

The last four bottles I've received (batch 813) have been unlike anything I've used over the last few years. The tablets were dark and oily, and smelly. The cotton packing was oily and discolored. I think it's a quality control problem.

I have low energy lately and I had heard that this was a miracle suppelemnt. It's true. The only reason I changed brands was because the pressed pill was a little hard for me to swallow, so I got a capsule instead. It's kind of amazing--try it.
