I've been using Tonalin consistently now for 2 months and have dropped 15 lbs with simply making healthier food choices, beginning an exercise regime 2-3 days cardio and 2 days of resistance, and taking my daily dosage of Tonalin. Tonalin does help with burning body fat without the jitters. You have to also do your part and make healthier choices. Eating a cheeseburger, greasy fries and a milk shake along with Tonalin won't work! However, when I can't hit the gym or a few days or maybe I slipped up and endulged with food one or two days, all is not lost! Tonalin is still working... I've noticed the weight I have lost is still easily maintained through the use of Tonalin. A health food store manager recommended Tonalin and asked me to be honest and let her know how and what I thought of the product... within the first week I noticed a slight change and it's been getting ever since.

I highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to get healthy, leaner and ready to realistically lose weight using a complete plan of (healthier) food and exercise. I'm not dieter and despise going to the gym... but with picking up a glass of water or maybe making a half and half (half iced tea and half water to cut down on the sugar/caffeine of the iced tea and give water some flavor) and trying to take the stairs a bit more often or going for a 20-30 minute walk, etc... those choices along with Tonalin really does make a difference.

I take 4 a day and have been for months and I have not seen any change at all but I do still take it in hopes that something will happen at some point.
