I am no doctor, but I did study nutrition in college so I know what to look for and what to avoid when it comes to supplements. This formula works amazingly well. The package advises to take 1-2 tablets daily for healthy living and then 3 tablets every few hours when you're feeling "imbalanced". I admit I don't take this everyday. However, when I feel the first signs of a cold/flu coming on, I immediately take 3 of these every 3-4 hours and my symptoms are substantially reduced. It is no magic cure, however, it does seem to help and for the cost, I feel this is much more beneficial than over-the-counter medications that promise to soothe symptoms. I avoid taking medications in favor of more "natural" remedies such as this, and my friends and family have become believers as well.
Suggested Use: For best results, begin taking Wellness Formula tablets at the very first signs of imbalances in your well-being. During imbalance, take 3 tablets every 3 hours. For wellness maintenance, take 1 or 2 tablets daily.
