A friend recommended this product and I was able to purchase it at a local store but went on line to see if it was available at Drugstore.com and it was on Sale. I purchased 4 bottles but forgot to specify the capsules over the tablets. Capsules were easier to swallow for me.

Never fails... I take these as soon as I start to feel a little under the weather and within a day or two I'm in tip top shape again. Also good to take before traveling - rarely do I catch airport crud.

I am no doctor, but I did study nutrition in college so I know what to look for and what to avoid when it comes to supplements. This formula works amazingly well. The package advises to take 1-2 tablets daily for healthy living and then 3 tablets every few hours when you're feeling "imbalanced". I admit I don't take this everyday. However, when I feel the first signs of a cold/flu coming on, I immediately take 3 of these every 3-4 hours and my symptoms are substantially reduced. It is no magic cure, however, it does seem to help and for the cost, I feel this is much more beneficial than over-the-counter medications that promise to soothe symptoms. I avoid taking medications in favor of more "natural" remedies such as this, and my friends and family have become believers as well.
