Warm use:  Unzip and remove the insert from inside the scarf's neck area.  Remove the hand warmer inserts from their covers.  Place all three inserts on a clean plate and microwave in 30 second intervals until optimal temperature is achieved.  Test temperature before using; scarf should stay warm to the touch, not hot.

Never leave unattended in the microwave.

To Wash:  Remove all grain inserts and machine wash covers in cold water.  Machine dry on low and remove promptly.
