I like this product, as it tides me over between my morning breakfast and lunchtime. As a person with insulin resistance, I have been told by doctor and diabetic educator to eat small meals every two hours or so, and I find that that schedule makes me feel the best. I teach at a university, and I have to teach for 3 hours without a break. In the ten minutes between classes, I 'chug' a K20 in a bottle of water, and it really helps me get through until the time I can have a decent, low-glycemic lunch.
The problem with K20 powder (not with the prepackaged bottles, which are expensive and too small for my thirst!) is that the powder doesn't dissolve immediately in cold water. As the water comes to room temp, the powder dissolves completely. Sometimes, however, you just want to have a blast of cold fruity water!
The strawberry kiwi flavor is the best, I think, and I wish that Special K would make the mixed berry flavor (available in the premade bottles) in the powder available.
Good buy, good product.

I do enjoy the hunger reducing aspects of this protein water, and the strawberry kiwi taste is good too, but there is a slightly weird "side taste" to the drink that tastes a little chalky, I guess its from the protein in it. It's not a big deal, just surprised me a little the first time I drank it. Now I dont really mind it anymore, I just add a little more water for a lighter flavor. Overall, I'm glad I bought this.

I use it during and after a workout to get quick protein. The price is great. It tastes way better than a lot of the other protein powders out there. It is hard to mix, but if you have a reuseable waterbottle all you need to do is add a little water. shake it well. then add the rest of your water.

I initially bought this product as a substitute for coffee. I am impressed by the 10g of protein and 5 g of fiber. Personally I love the taste. The strawberry-Kiwi is my favorite. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really fills me up so I have been using it as a meal replacement alsol Good going, Kelloggs!

Ou local stores would not keep in stock. I was so happy to see it available here! Easy to order, I ordered 2 CASES and could not be happier! The powder mixes well, tastes great - no after taste at ALL.
Take a sip of water if you need space to add mix. Tear package starting at tear notch and empty contents into a 16.9 fl oz. bottled water. Shake until dissolved. For a lighter flavor, use a 20 fl. oz. bottled water.
