I cannot stand the taste of Flaxseed oil in my cooking. Pills are too large for me to swallow every darn day. So, I use this regularly in everything I bake...from banana breads to muffins. You cannot taste the flaxseed, but it does add some heaviness and a bit of grittiness to the baked items, which is actaully a good thing. VS Most Liked Negative Review not the best... Comments about Spectrum Essentials Organic Ground Premium Flaxseed, 15 oz: I mix in 1 TBSP. of this into my morning oatmeal each day, and eat it about a 1/2 hr. before I exercise. I like my oatmeal thicker, anyway, so I don't mind that quality of flaxseed. Omega 3's are really good for you, and this is a way to get them without eating fish. Fish oil supplements break me out, so this is a great alternative. I have a lot more energy in the morning after eating this. Pros
