This item will save a ton of money going to the Chiropractor and valuable time when your on the go.
Just five minutes and your done. Plus, you'll feel relieved from that annoying back pain. I had a very good friend show me this many years ago; and I am surprised it's still on the market. People must be finding out what I did.

It is helpful for some of my discomfort. It can be difficult to position yourself if you are a little bigger than others. Still worth the price and efforts.

After 6 visits to Chiropractor could get no relief for my lower back pain and pain running down the front of my left thigh.

Spent 3 minutes on Spine Worx, followed the directions exactly on how to get off of it, and WOW, no pain. Now when I feel a little pain I jump on SpineWorx and the pain goes away. Very important that you align the device with your lower back and spine. Love this product, it even travels with me.

I used this product twice in the same day for about 5 minutes each time. A few hours later I was in the ER screaming in pain. I followed the directions and did not change anything. I have had reoccurring back pain for many years and have even been prescribed percocet on a couple occasions, after a few minutes on spineworx, I'm now given morphine for the pain which hardly even takes the edge off of the pain. I can not stand upright, i can no longer lay flat and to sit i need to be leaning on something hunched forward. I'm crippled now because of this device so please avoid this item but if you feel you want to try it then please be cautious, I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone and I rather be dead then go through what I been going through.

This works nice for back pain relief between chiropractic treatments. It helps ease the tension in my mid-to-upper back only. I was really sore after the first use, which is probably why the manufacturer recommends shorter usage until you get used to it.

I visit a chiropractor as often as I can because of a car accident injury. My back is often sore and ribs pop out of place for no apparent reason... this is a great tool to have in between my chiro visits but works best if you use it every day. I recommend it.
