This is the longest lasting hair color i have tried so far. I have been using Splat luscious rasp. for about 5 months now and i've prob. saved about $50 on it. Because i don't need to keep applying the color. Manic Panic lasts for about 1-2 wks and then it gives an ugly rundown red....luscious rasp. lasts more like months and months, with little touch ups here and there.
if you want to save $$, have great color and have it last long... get Splat!

I just used Luscious Rasp. and it is a GREAT color! My friend has been using Splat for i think a year now. She hasn't had any problems with it so far. She says it lasts for a long time and is better then the others by far.

I used the bleach, then put the red in and It turned out soo bright! At first I didn't know what to think...my friends, family and random people commented me on it, and now I absolutely love it!

This was a Huge change for me, i have never even dyed my hair before! I love my new change and so does everyone else!

I LOVE MY hair now! I used Manic Panic, and Directions before and I wasn't getting the right color. So, I decided to buy Splat! AND I"M SO GLAD I DID! This is the color I have been looking for! It's so easy to use and Lasts wayyy longer then Manic Panic and Directions.
I don't know why there is such a bad review on it. ??? I was very careful with the dye. I put Vaseline around my hair-line before applying the color and whenever i got the dye on me on accident i wiped it off immediately. I called the company and they said if you get it on anything to mix rubbing alcohol and shampoo and let soak for 15-20 mins. scrub and you may have to do several times, but will come out.
Also, i never let the water run clear... I just wash and rinse very well then use an old towel to dry. Then when completely dry I can will apply my shirt.
Remember splat is really concentrated... so it stays in the hair long! I have had the Splat in my hair for almost 3 weeks and still going strong!
I would DEFINITELY recommend Splat to EVERYBODY! :)

Comparing to other product I used to make my hair red, this one made everything red, including my skull, my ears, my neck and my bathroom although I am very careful applying any hair color in this sense. The problem is that even tiny spot of this color on your skin will be VERY hard to get rid of. I sprinkled 2 drops on my wall in the bathroom and I tried everything to get rid of it, but nothing helped.
Also, be careful ! According to the instructions, after you dye your hair, you should wait until water becomes clear. Well, this will NEVER happen. You are going to takes "pink" showers.
If you use this product, do NOT wear white cloths and do NOT sleep on white bedsheets or use white towels.
