Great for baking and also for gradually retraining your sweet tooth away from 100% sugar since it's a mix of regular sugar and Splenda. You only use 1/2 of what's called for in the recipe so it last a while and is definitely better for you.

I love this stuff. I used to use the regular Splenda, but once this came out, I use it for everything. It is much better for baking. Works well in every recipe that I have made so far. Can't wait for the brown sugar!
