I use this all the time in the gym and when I travel. I usually get a few more than 5 showers out of it...probably because I do not rinse it/wring it out too much at the end of each shower. I like the smell and it leaves me very clean. Also it's much more convenient to carry one sponge in my little soap dish and one back up in my bag than to carry a wash cloth and soap or body wash. I also like that it has an exfoliating side and a soft sponge side. I have used spongables in the full size in my home shower and they are okay, but the convenience of the travel size is what makes it really great. The first wash is a little rough, because it is still very stiff, but it gets better..

Lathers well - about like washing with a bar of soap except you have the bonus exfoliation and no gummy bar. However, it lasted for only three showers, so this is a luxury to take along for travel. I think I'll use a body wash in travel size and a wash cloth instead!

Step into the shower or bath. Moisten your body and the Spongeables. Squeeze the Spongeables until it lathers enough for your personal taste. Clean your body with the soft side and then flip it over and exfoliate and massage with the rough side. Rinse the soap and then rinse the Spongeables. Squeeze gently to remove the extra water and set the Spongeables aside to dry.
