I bought this to use as part of the Dr. Ellie "Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye" regime. They claim that having xylitol throughout the day will help your teeth. I use this along with the xylitol mentioned below.
I don't normally chew gum, but using this after meals seems to help my teeth. The Peppermint is good, it's just the flavor does't last very long. This is a fairly good-sized container. It seems like it would last a while - but I only use it after meals, not all day long.
I will probably buy it again but may try other flavors.

Nice high Xylitol content, strong peppermint flavor; doesn't last too long due to lack of nasty chemicals, but the mintyness stays cool in your mouth for quite a while. Good for cleaning your teeth, plan on using after meals when away from your toothbrush.

I bought this gum because it's all natural and has xylitol. However, the gum doesn't hold a candle to any of the other major brands of gym, all of which last way longer than this one. Within 5 minutes, almost all of the flavor of this gum was gone, leaving something that tasted like plain rubber. For the price, buy something else.
