Started using this product recently, and all I have to say is that it works well, smells great, leaves face soft, but it does dry my face a bit.

I used to swear by this product, but I no longer use it. After I saw it had high toxicity ratings on Skin Deep, a cosmetics chemicals evaluation website, I started using a different product from drugstore.com: Earth Science's Apricot Scrub. Although it may not get my face quite as smooth because St. Ives had the walnut hull ingredient, it also doesn't cause me irritation. I feel much better knowing the scrub I use now is good for my skin.

I use this every time I shower. I have used it for many years as a way to remove dead skin cells from my face and leave it baby soft. I am about to turn 60 and my mother first gave me this product. My mother (now deceased) had beautiful skin, few lines and healthy looking. It is the only 'beauty' product I use on my face. Can't promise anything except the removal of dead skin cells and soft skin. BUT, after use you can feel how much smoother your skin is, while prior to use I can actually feel a layer of dead skin cells. It is not rough but the apricot bits can be felt and I think that is what removes the dead cells. Love it~

I didn't like this scrub at all. TH smell was strange, and the beads were way too big, which can actually cause scratches on the skin.

I don't have the most sesitive skin with T-Zone oily
skin and normal type cheek areas. I don't really reccomend this for everyone but I use a buf-puf with this scrub mildly for my check area and put a little more pressure to the T-Zone area. It has truly diminished that area on my nose (which had the larger pores) and I am rid of the few blackheads I had there. I follow with a light moisturizer and I am extremely happy with the way my face looks and feels.
