I use this on my body to smooth out my skin especially on my legs & feet. It really smoothes out my skin! I think the grit is a bit too rough for my face, but I love it for my body. I use it once a day in the shower & on areas which I've had laser hair removal to prevent ingrown hairs. I love that it's in a tub because I often had trouble squeezing out the last bit from the tubes that they sell. Will not be without!

MY DAUGHTER SUFFERS WITH BLACKHEAD AND WHITEHEADS.AFTER TRYING EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF I THOUGHT WELL LET ME GIVE THIS A TRY.I FIRST TRIED THE SMALLER SIZE,AND OMG I WAS AMAZED BECAUSE THIS STUFF REALLY WORK,SINCE USING IT NOT A SINGLE BUMP HAS SURFSED ON HER FACE,THIS STUFF HAS REALLY KEPT HER FACE CLEAR.SHE LOVES THE LITTLE BEADS IN IT.SHE SAYS SHE FEELS IT TAKING OFF THE DEAD SKIN.AND MOST IMPORTANT IT DOES WHAT IT SAY,IT DO NOT OVER DRY THE SKIN AND SMELLS GREAT,SHE WILL HAVE THIS FOR A WHILE BECAUSE A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY,REALLY JUST A SMALL DIME SIZE!!SO IF YOU SUFFER WITH ACNE ,YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED AFTER TRYING IT!!!:)

This is by far the best product for exfoliating. In addition to using it on my face, it's also great for rough elbows and knees.
