I saw this product being used on a model (on tv) and thought I would give it a try and I was not disappointed. I have a drawer full of other tanning products and this one hands down provides the best results. The lotion works great but the mouse dries faster when I am in a hurry. I still have both products and like them both. For application I always take a minute to prepare in advance. Before bed, shower using body scrub, apply lotion to feet hands and knees. Apply tanner wearing plastic or rubber gloves and use all over your body (armpits and neck too). I do not use on my face (I wear a darker make-up). I stand in front of a small fan for 3 minutes then put my old pjs on. The next morning a quick shower washed away the excess and it looks like I spent a week on vacation. Some may rub off on clothes, bedding but will wash out. For continued tan or really dark look apply a few nights in a row. Skin can dry out so lotion during the day is a good idea. For removal of tanner use an oil based bath scrub (or baby oil) and a rough wash cloth, then lots of lotion. Tanners can be high maintenance but your skin will look much younger with a fake tan vs. going to the tanning salon. I wish I had this product as a teenager! That did it for me. I started trying every self tanner on the market, and I can honestly say that this product is the best! I usually wouldn't spend this much but when you compare it to the price of getting skin cancer, I think I'll fork out the cash. The product works great, smell good and doesn't stain your clothes. I love it, I get a natural looking tan and I'm not scared that I might die from it. Pros

Well, nothing compares to this brand for me. Very important to exfoliate well before using, and to use moisturizer on knees elbows and ankles before applying. Moisturize well after. It is definitely not an immediate, intense bronzer. I was somewhat disappointed after the first day of using it, but then I used it again the next two days and I built up to the color that I wanted. After that, I was able to use it every couple of days to maintain that color. I completely recommend the application mitt also. It makes your tan so much more even, allows you to save your fingernails from turning brown, and also allows you to blend the tan evenly at your wrists and top of your hands so that you don't have "dirty" wrists or an obvious color change there from having to wash your hands if you had not used the mitt. However the mousse version is very 'airy' as I'm sure it was meant to be but it doesn't have as good of coverage as the lotion version they have. Even though it still works, I don't think having to go through the process twice for the same result as the lotion is worth it. So yes...St. Tropez Lotion. No to the St. Tropez Mousse unless you're into blowing your money for no good reason. Pros

You MUST exfoliate before appling and I highly recommend gloves or a mit to apply as it WILL stain your hands. The color is very nice but for me it didnt seem to last long and it fades unevenly :( This is great if you want a product that works almost instantly because it has a bronzer in it. It dries really fast so you have to work quickly but its great to put it on and go. This is a product that you would put on in the morning and by the evening you look like you've been on a tropical vacation. The smell is nice too, and even after allday of wear it doesn't smell like self-tanners normaly do. Pros
