As far as energy and hunger control, this is the only over the counter drug that ever worked for me. I've found that people's chemistry sometimes doesn't work well with some diet pills. This one worked for me. If it doesn't for you, try a differant one! I'm down from a size 20 to a size 12. Diet and exercise have helped!

This stuff is awful. Just ONE pill caused me to feel completely uncomfortable and sick as heck. I felt as hungry as a ravenous wolf and ate like one and I also felt so nervous and jittery all day. It felt almost like a panic attack. I am in pretty good shape. Just trying to lose about 5-10 pounds. I exercise regularly and eat fairly well. This pill also caused the most intense case of Restless Legs that I have ever experienced in my life. The only other time it was that bad was when I was pregnant with my son. Overall, I felt so weird after having taken this that I didn't even feel comfortable going out in public until the effects wore off. It almost made me feel like I had taken a mind altering drug. I tried taking the pill again, TWICE, to see if maybe that was just a fluke the first time. But, it happened again both times and as a result I threw away a whole bottle plus a bunch of little refill capsules that came with the bottle. I really don't advise anyone to try this stuff or any diet pill. Just drive around your neighborhood and measure out 1 mile then after dinner every night, walk that 1 mile. Also, another thing that really helped me was a workout video called Women's Health Total Workout in Ten. After 10 minutes you will feel the effects of that workout video.

I have been trying to find a pill like this one. Since ephedra was outlawed, I have not been too lucky. I use this as soon as I get up. It gives me energy to get things done. I'm retired and can be a complete couch potato if I don't take a pill that gives me energy. I usually take another pill in the afternoon. I don't take it with food and have no side effects except a shot of pure energy. I can't take it too late in the afternoon or I am up til 3 or 4 am. So unlless you want to party, don't take one of these too late.

I work in the western desert of Iraq where the temperture reaches 140 daily and I take 12 to 16 Stackers a day due to the workload and 14 and 16 hour days.

I have used Stacker 2 for a long time and tried this one - at this time I actually prefer the Stacker 2 - will give it more time to see if it works any better. But I will probably go back to Stacker 2

Wow, I had to start taking only a half pill as others have recommended. When I tried taking a full capsule it really turned my stomach and made me nauseous and gave me the shakes and sweats!
I haven't given up on these pills but its taking a lot of attempts to try to figure out the proper amount to take to stave off hunger cravings but not make me sick.

I have been opening the capsule and only take 1/2 at a time, as suggested by other reviewers, but still have uncomfortable, anxious feelings. It does seem to curb appetite somewhat, leading to smaller meals. Overall, the feeling I get after taking a capsule is not worth it.

Gave me the most awful jitters. I wasn't hungry at all but I also didn't feel like myself. Almost felt intoxicated and experienced nausea. This is not a good long-term option for weight loss.

i took stacker 3 daily. breakfast, lunch and dinner and i got the burst of energy i wanted and the weight that i wanted to lose. I had absolutely no side effects. I recommended it to my close friend and she also loves it.

These actually do work at suppressing hunger. I can't seem to diet because I'm always hungry but these help greatly. They make me sweat though (which is good?). The only thing I dislike is the caffeine. I really don't like taking caffeine at all. I would like to see a caffeine free version of this pill so that I could take more than 1 a day. I seem to end up hungry at night when it wears off but can't take another or else I won't sleep. And I know that the caffeine is not what is suppressing my hunger since I still got hungry when I used to drink coffee all the time. Please make a night time formula!!!
