This product rates each breath you take. You are supposed to just keep breathing until your breaths rate high enough. There was no breath sequencing. It was very frustrating because it was up to me to decide the best way the breathe...the machine gave no guidence, only feedback. I eventually discovered that my highest rated breaths were the ones where I was breathing normally, pretending to ignore the machine. Utterly pointless!

[...] I find that the product is able to help me settle my mind, calm my breathing and change my state and attitude in about 5 to 7 minutes during the day and in about 15-25 at night. The machine keeps a point total and the goal is to reach at least 100 points per day. I noticed a difference after the first time I used this device. Currently, I am training my 8 year old insomniac daughter who also has ADD to use this relaxation device. I hope that she can begin to learn to manage stressors at an early age and avoid the pitfalls of life and the health consequences as a result. This item is a valuable tool.
