This product works great. As others say, it does seem to lit a bit of a film feeling on your skin but with this product, I don't have to use a moisturizer afterwards. I've had embarressing flaking skin on my face since I can remember and have always had to use tons of moisturizer. This product practically elminates the need for a moisturizer since it leaves this 'film'. The pad and solution really get down into your pores when you use it thorougly. Regular Stridex pads and other brands have always irritated my skin and left it more dry/inflamed. This product rocks and without it, there isn't anything else that makes me more confident. The only problem with the product is that the container leaks. I've had this problem with almost all types of face pads though.

Salicylic Acid is great for adult acne and clearing pores...I have moderate to severe acne, esp bad around that time of the month. My chin breaks out with cystic acne...I have found that some products that have salicylic acid have other ingredients that cause me to break out. Its so hard for me to find good ingredients in acne products for my sensitive skin....
Well this product fits the bill...it has the salicylic acid without a lot of other ingredients that cause me more breakouts....and the bulk of the other ingredients are antioxidents!...Wow...how wonderful...this stuff is awesome and it controls my acne...what do ya know? Perfect. Just wipe with the huge pads and there is enough to use on your back or chest after your face. Let it dry and I didnt feel any film or anything afterwards.
Now I am just waiting for them to stop making them...which is what happens everytime I finally find something that works on my stubborn acne...Love this stuff.

Ok so this stuff contains some great ingredients that are nourishing to the skin. One thing though I do feel like it leaves a slight residue... but I guess that's from the soothing properties it contains... so it might be a "good" kinda residue. It does help slightly with acne if you're looking for a quick way to wash your face... use this instead of my toner sometimes... but splash water on my face bc I dont like the feeling of residue.
cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication
use the pad to wipe the entire affected area
repeat with a clean pad as necessary to remove remaining traces of dirt
because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily as needed or as directed by a doctor
if bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day
do not leave pad on skin for an extended period of time
keep away from eyes, lips and other mucous membranes
