I used to buy this conditioner and the matching shampoo and I LOVED it! Then Suave put it in new silver/gray packaging, claiming that it was "same product, new look" but it wasn't true. The ingredients on the back of the bottle are not the same as the orange bottle. It feels different, smells different, and doesn't work as well as the orange bottle's formulation. Wish I had stocked up on the orange bottles when I had the chance--you can't find them in stores anymore. At least I can buy the conditioner on this site. Too bad drugstore.com doesn't sell the shampoo as well.

I have frizzy hair and I live in Florida with high humidity. This product has been great for smoothing out my hair and giving it shine. I have been using it for over 2 years and I have tried all the frizz fighters out there. I am never going to use anything else and I can't beat the price.

This product is amazing! It conditions well and makes your hair very silky. I have wavy hair and this made my curls so nice. It sis not make it "sleek" but it made my hairs texture very smooth and soft. The new formula is so much better than it was before.

It only takes a little of this product to do a medium head of hair so it will last months. It also is well priced. It does a great job on my hair. Very pleased!

Let's be real here--I bought this product because I was trying to save some cash, and I therefore had relatively low expectations. My hair is baby fine and tangles if you just look at it. Well, WOW--this product worked a miracle. My hair was, as promised, sleek and smooth. I am shocked that occasionally a product that asks you to compare it to the more expensive brand really comes through. A bargain!

When I started to use this product it helped pretty good to get my curls in control. But after two weeks of using it, my hair got very, very dry. If you really want to buy something for smooth hair buy Sunsilk straighten up, it makes your hair much smoother without drying out your hair.

Looking at the ingredients list, I noticed that it didn't have much oil, so I added a tiny bit of pure jojoba oil and essential peppermint oil. When I first applied the conditioner, my afro-textured hair instantly separated and felt great. I let it sit for about 40 minutes under a plastic cap while I did homework. After rinsing, my hair felt hard and dry, even while wet! I will not purchase this conditioner again.
