VERY S-L-O-W delivery from Sparks, NV warehouse.

Then when it arrived, it was caked with dust, dirt and grit. Had obviously been setting on a shelf in a warehouse for a long time. They could have at the very least taken a rag or towel and wiped it down before putting it in the box. I got another item in the same box that had been previously opened, handled (greasy fingerprints all over it) and hastily and sloppily repackaged.

The Sparks, NV warehouse is not a place you want your products to be delivered from. Very sloppy, dirty and poorly handled.

I give Drugstore.com credit, as soon as I sent them an email about the dirty stuff I was sent, they gave me a full refund. But the disappointment of opening your package to find dirty, previously opened, handled stuff really was a disappointment. I have since made orders and they have been fine, but they didn't come from "Sparks, NV". Find out where its coming from before ordering if you can.

The shampoo and conditioner work well but, unlike other Suave products I've tried, this one smells like a bottle of perfume. If you are sensitive to fragrances, I would recommend staying away from this and the matching conditioner. The scent remains for several hours after drying my hair. I'm not sensitive so I'll use them both up but I won't buy this one again.

This does a great job without overpowering you with smell.
Lots of lather and feels so good on your hair.

Bought for my 14 year old daughter; she pretty much loves the entire line of Suave Professionals. Great deal as this line of product is very close to the top line products they resemble but much more affordable!!

Cleans well without drying out my wavy to curly hair. One lather is all I need so it's quick, easy and works especially well w/ the Humectant Conditioner.

Love this product and the price. I am pretty hard on my hair; sun, wind, blow dryer, and curling irons. My hair is fine and dries out easily but this shampoo and conditioner combo keep my hair soft without weighing it down.

I hate this. My hair is generally very manageable and naturally straight. This shampoo made my hair feel dry and frizzy.

If I close my eyes while I'm shampooing I would swear this was Nexxus! Thank God it's WAY cheaper and performs exactly the same. Save your money and buy this.

I have been buying salon only brands for the past two years. My husband took a pay cut and so our budget became a little tighter, as a result I tried this product. I will never buy the salon stuff again; this Suave shampoo left my hair as soft and hydrated as Biolage, Redken and Nexxus.
