This is a great conditioner for colored girls. I'm African American with relaxed straight hair. I use this once a week and my hair is strong, beautiful and long. Also, it's super cheap too! Leaves my hair soft, and manageable during the week. This conditioner makes it so that I don't have to relax my hair too often. The smell isn't too strong. Wash your hair with a shampoo. Then, apply this conditioner to your damp hair. Leave in for about 5 minutes or less and then rinse it out with warm or cold water.
