Purchased this Suave Professional Volumizing Shampoo because of positive experience with other Suave products. This shampoo lathers well & has a natural yet not too strong scent. It increases volume somewhat (~25%) but causes frizzing (regardless of the weather) & dries out my Asian, naturally wavy hair (no coloring, processing, ironing or hair products) even with minimal once/week use.
Note: Contains sodium laureth sulfate, lathering agent, which some stylists believe is not good for your hair.

We've been trying to cut back on certain household costs so we decided to stop spending so much money on our shampoos and conditioner. My husband and I both have short hair and wash it daily so we needed something that wouldn't dry our hair out. What first drew me to this product was the smell and once I tried it I was very happy I bought it. It lathers well, doesn't strip the hair, and the conditioner doesn't weigh it down yet moisturizes very well and makes the hair very manageable. Thank you suave for making a great, affordable product!!! No more spending $20-$30 on a bottle of shampoo!!

This is the best volumizing system that I have used that has proven results. Patene Pro-V, Aussie, Matrix, Victoria Secret, Affirm, Aveda,... I have tried them all but this product managed to survive 90 degree whether, Hands down it is amazing and the scent helps you to relax and detox. Does not dry out hair!!!
