had obstruction or narrowing of the bowel. Rarely, tablets of this kind may cause bowel obstruction (blockage), usually in people with severe narrowing of the bowel (esophagus, stomach or intestine).
When using this product: do not use more than directed.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by fever.
you get nervous, dizzy, or sleepless.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Sometimes I have a blinding migraine and over the years I have struggled to find relief that doesn't make me go to sleep. My Dr. has prescribed various medications for me, including narcotics. but they don't work for me. Instead, I feel like I have a hangover from those medications.
But,I take one Sudafed 12hr tablet with 2 Excedrin for Migraines and I have relief within an hour. This combination is very effective, for me. No nausea, no hangover, no side effects whatsoever for me.

I have horrible sinuses and this is the only thing that works for me. We are stationed in Japan and you can't buy any kind of sudafed over here so I'm glad I can order it here!
I love that I can buy these on drugstore.com without the added colors. I am allergic to the red and blue dyes commonly added to medicines, and finding white capsules is increasingly difficult. They're not even available at local stores anymore. Thanks drugstore.com!
I hace chronic sinus problems and th new P.E. products do not work half as well as the ones that contain psuedophedrin. With the new laws governing psuedophedrin it is almost impossible to find them and when you do they sometimes treat you like a criminal when buying them. It is SO much easier buying from drugstore.com.
With my MDs "permission," (& suggestion), I need to take 1 per day for my Chronic Nasal/Sinus condition. I also have Chronic Nasal/Sinus Allergies & Sinusitis & this is the ONLY ONE that is EFFECTIVE; 12hr.works best for me, especially while working. NO SIDE EFFECTS & Best medicine for Nasal/Sinus Congestion on the market. I could NOT just disappear while @ work to go take medicine q4hrs.while working in the O.R. They should just make this a perscription again, so those who REALLY need it (& don't abuse it), can get the monthly amt. they need all at once. *I'm disabled now from auto accident-have 8 severely herniated discs & non-union (Cervical) now, (2 Cervical Surgeries) so it is very difficult for me to get out q10days X3 month to go get refills for this..
This med is THE BEST for allergies &/or sinusitis---via prescription and via US Mail is the BEST way for this med for pts who have allergies & sinus problems all year around- having to DRIVE to the pharmacy Q 10 days or so for the 24/7 OTC is a waste of gas and a waste of time for pts who have problems ALL YEAR LONG!!!!! They should bring back a DRs Order so that those of us who are on these meds 24/7 X365 can be placed on mail-order pharmacy for this med
I am a physician myself and this is the best product I have used for relieving my own problem chronic nasal congestion (non-allergic vasomotor rhinitis). Although I understand the reasons for limiting the sale, this remains a much more effective anti-congestion agent compared to other more readily avvailable alternatives.
It's the best decongestant on the market. It's too bad its somewhat harder to buy now because there is nothing else as effective for nasal and sinus congestion.
Sudafed is the only effective decongestant available, and with minimal side effects. It allows my sinuses to drain (with sufficient fluid intake) and it doesn't put me to sleep. It also suppresses my appetite, which, since I tend to be overweight, is a good thing!
