Sudafed helps clear nasal passages and helps you breathe easier. The only drawback is that is tends to make me a bit shaky, although the shakiness is not consistent over the 12-hour period. But most decongestants do this. Some more than others. I'd definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. For over-the-counter allergy relief, I always turn to Sudafed.
