I have always had puffiness under my eyes and cover-up just doesn't hide them. I mix one drop of this product with my concealer and smooth it under each eye. I then wait for it to dry before applying any more makeup. You have to make sure that the skin under your eyes is well moisturized before using this product. If it is not, you will end up with flaking. Also, if you try to apply more after a few seconds, it will also flake, so you have to get it right the first time. Another issue is that if you apply it without mixing it with concealer it is very difficult to apply make-up over it without causing dryness. I started wearing glasses to cover up the bags, and actually this works relatively well. But being a long-time contact lens wearer, I miss the freedom that contacts bring. So I tried this product after my husband saw an ad on TV for a similar product. To be honest, I think it does work pretty well when you put it on correctly (not too much, mixed with foundation, and only one layer), but it certainly did not last many hours on me. I would say within one hour I had the baggy look again. After you apply product let it dry and don't put anything over it. It lasts all day. If by evening it appears cakey, I reapply if I'm going out. He must own stock in the company because that is the only reason I would recommend this product to anyone. I used the tiniest amount possible and still the product cracked and flaked. The concept of the product is great and it did "shrink wrap" the bags under my eyes. Unfortunately, after the drying time, it became ineffective and the flaky look was unacceptable. If you use too much it turns white and flaky. Tricky to figure out but very effective when you do. I have tried mixing it w/water, but I still get the white under my eye. I usually use this once in awhile and then rub an ice cube over the area to get rid of the residue. The problem w/that is then the puffiness returns, although not as bad as before.
