I have always had puffiness under my eyes and cover-up just doesn't hide them. I mix one drop of this product with my concealer and smooth it under each eye. I then wait for it to dry before applying any more makeup. You have to make sure that the skin under your eyes is well moisturized before using this product. If it is not, you will end up with flaking. Also, if you try to apply more after a few seconds, it will also flake, so you have to get it right the first time. Another issue is that if you apply it without mixing it with concealer it is very difficult to apply make-up over it without causing dryness. I started wearing glasses to cover up the bags, and actually this works relatively well. But being a long-time contact lens wearer, I miss the freedom that contacts bring. So I tried this product after my husband saw an ad on TV for a similar product. To be honest, I think it does work pretty well when you put it on correctly (not too much, mixed with foundation, and only one layer), but it certainly did not last many hours on me. I would say within one hour I had the baggy look again. (Go with the gel. They no longer carry it in the stores so you will have to order it on line.) The Serum not only leaves white residue but if you pull the skin under your eye it will wrinkle and hold. The Sudden Change gel workes really well-I would go with that.  Pros

I find when I have not used it for a period of time, it has helped in reducing the amount of lines/wrinkles around my eyes. I normally apply it with a q-tip and twist and roll it and then use the dry end of the tip to smooth out around the edges while it drys. For the long term reduction of wrinkles I feel it has worked for me. Pros
