I used this on the recommendation of my GYN as I am post-menopausal and am more sensitive. The first time I used it it burned like hell! I thought that perhaps I had some previous irritation so I used my regular bath soap for the next 3 days without any problem. Then I used the Summer's Eve wash again - and - again it burned and irritated my skin. Therefore, I trashed it and will not be using this ever again.

the lather is good but so is soap. the reason i stopped using it is because it SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE MY DOGS SHAMPOO. i used it twice but can't get past the scent, it really does smell like dog shampoo, which isn't aweful but i don't like to smell like that. i would try this product again but in a different scent.

There is nothing out there as good as this, and I have tried them all. Other 'intimate' or 'feminine' washes leave filmy residue and don't clean properly. Summer's Eve washes for 'sensitive' skin don't clean that well either. Normal soaps and gels burn me and they don't clean the specific way a woman's private areas need to be cleaned. This Normal Skin formula has been around forever, and it is the best. I recommend lathering for around 20 seconds, then rinse off (don't leave it on super-long). Repeat. But, try it and find your own way.

Just a tiny bit on a pouf used during my daily shower keeps me feeling fresh and clean. This is a gentle product, with a light scent and the gel quickly lathers. A very small bit goes a long long way and the bottle will last through many showers.

Summers Eve has truly come out with a winning product.
Unhappy with other "intimate" washes on the market, I upon hearing "raves" from my two closest friends, bought Summers Eve Feminine Wash for sensitive skin As I began to apply in the shower,the fragrance was subtle,yet extremely feminine.The wash, which can be used all over the body(not just intimate areas) works into a wonderful ,sensuous lather and leaves you feeling clean
and refreshed all over.
I will always make sure that I have this product on hand!

I've been using this product for years. Regular soap is irritating for those delicate places. Getting a rash from soap is no fun. But with Summer's Eve Feminine Wash, rashes and irritation are a thing of the past.

Though this product has a nice scent, it is by no means heavily perfumed. The viscosity of the product is perfect, creates a decent lather, and rinses away easily. You can feel fresh & clean all day. I have tried other options, but always come back to this product. There is also a "sensitive skin" version of this product, but I have personally found the original to be just fine.
