Initially I purchased this product to avoid being eaten by mosquitoes over here in Iraq (I am currently serving my 1st tour with the Army). Since taking these pills, I have continued to be eaten by mosquitoes.... Perhaps they are more tenacious here in Iraq than they are in the states.
But, Garlic is proven to have many health benefits, so I continue to take them for that simple reason, we don't have a Pizza Hut or a Papa John's to help with garlic intake...lol
