We all need B-Complex vitamins to produce energy, but many of the avilable supplements contain either too much--which can make a person anxious and jittery--or too little--which makes for lack of energy.

Sundown B-Complex 100%, on the other hand, is just right. If you're over 60, you'll want to take additional B12, but you'd want to do that with just about any B-Complex product on the market.

I hope Sundown never stops making this product. I've been taking it for years, and don't intend to change as long as it's available.

This is a great B-Complex. I like that it's 100% RDA and it's the only B-Complex that I've been able to find that's limited to the 100% and not higher. I use it to help balance out my moods and it's been doing a great job since I started taking it six months ago.

Always thought vitamins were bunk, but I started taking a multi-vitamin plus one small C, B, and D every day several years ago. I averaged three or four nasty colds a year, and now I never get a cold and, when I think I'm about to come down with one, it lasts two days instead of two weeks. I still make fun of myself for trusting the vitamins, but you can't argue with success. And my habits are still bad--miss a lot of sleep, miss meals, lots of stress in my work. So no, I didn't start living healthy when I began the vitamins.

I've looked everywhere and I agree with Laura of Louisville, KY that this is the only B complex with 100% of the daily recommended value of each B vitamin. That's balance - not 100 mg of each, with the percentages all messed up. The price is reasonable enough so you can take more if you need a boost (like in really stressful times).

This B complex is great because it is the only B complex that I can find that provides 100% RDV instead of 1000% or more like all other B Complex supplements--which is way too much. I take it daily.
