I have been taking this product for years as calcium replacement to prevent osteoporosis. It has been effective for me. I am 70. It is easy to swallow although rather large. Has no after taste. I will continue to re-order this product.

Was told by my health professional to take two of these a day. There has been controversy regarding woman taking calcium supplements but my doctor assured me the pros out-weigh the cons.
I have found taking one with breakfast and one with dinner best for me. They are big pills but are coated and go down easy.

I take two daily. Keeps my calcium levels good. Large capsule but easy to take. Very effective for me in preventing bone loss from low calcium levels.

I findd these soft-gels a little large, but easy to swallow. I've been using them for years and would recomend them to anyone wanting calcium replacement.They have no aftertaste and are a great value price. I take one in the morning and one at bedtive (both with food within a short time (snack). I've had no problems with this supplement and intend to keep taking it as long as my calcium levels keep returning good on blood work.

I use this as calcium supplement to prevent osteoporosis. So far is very effective. Easy to take, although a bit large. Gelatin capsule is easy to swallow. Great value!

I have used this product for several years as a Calcium replacement to prevent osteoporosis. My Calcum levels come back from the lab very good. The gel capsule is easy to take, although it is a little large. Wish they would work on reducing the size. Has no bad aftertaste or GI side effects for me.

My hubby and I take calcium everyday as part of our daily supplements. Sometimes vitamins can upset our stomachs but this product does not. The pills are a little large but gentle on the stomach. I really like the Sundown Narurals brand. Very good quality at a very reasonable price (especially when they're on sale on this website!).
