I shall take it as long as I can. I think it really helps my bones - I recently had a severe fall off of a ladder - I was careless. I am 78 and all that happened to me was a little stiffness the next day but perfectly normal after that. I had landed on my right hip and if it weren;t for the calcium I have been taking for so long I dread to think of the outcome. It has proven itself to me for sure. My Calcum levels come back from the lab very good. The gel capsule is easy to take, although it is a little large. Wish they would work on reducing the size. Sometimes vitamins can upset our stomachs but this product does not. The pills are a little large but gentle on the stomach. I really like the Sundown Narurals brand. This does not hurt my stomach and its effective, has the recommended dose of calcium and vitamin D. Absolutely great!
