I am disabled and on the advice of one of my specialists am going more natural with a LOT of probiotic products in my daily life. I chose this to help with the constant constipation from medications.
Then contrary to the Product Details "Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat", you must refrigerate after opening, How is a refrigerator a dry place?
I will not buy again!
I will be looking somewhere else that gives you the full picture on their probiotic products.

I was hoping to bring this on a trip. I didn't see anything about refrigeration in the details, so I thought it would be perfect. But when the bottle arrived, sure enough - "Refrigerate after opening" - loud and clear on the back.

I started using this many years ago to stave off recurring yeast infections but realized that there was an added benefit for those of us who are lactoce intolerant. I can now enjoy milk in my coffee and even ice-cream with no evil side effects!
