I heard that evening primrose oil is ideal for women's monthly issues. The month that I began taking this, my physical PMS symptoms--very tender breasts--went away. Since I cannot take hormones for menopause symptoms my dr recommended evening primrose oil to help with hot flashes. I still have them but not as intense or often. I have at times have done without for a couple days or more due to forgetting to take or forgetting to purchase or order in time and the hot flashes get worse, so I do know that the primrose oil is effective with helping reduce them.

I take this supplement to help reduce breast cyst pain and it works well. I like the soft gel format and small size, which make it easy to swallow.

This causes extremely painful gas. I was in so much pain I couldn't even take care of my kids. I never had an experience like this before with evening primerose oil. BE CAREFUL if you are sensitive to anything... you will regret it. Choose a different one, not worth the pain.
