I'm a woman in my 20s and I use this to help boost my mood. It helps, I use it to supplement st. john's wort and HTP-5. It seems to help, but I'm not sure taking it without the other two would provide me with the same results. The only side effect I notice is I have extremely vivid dreams, sometimes to the point that I wake up thinking they were real. Not the worst side effect though.

Gingko Biloba is a vitamin that is a must for me. I have been
taking it for quite a few years. Now that I am elderly, it has
paid off; my memory stays very sharp all of the time.
I have a book, a history of the world; one of those that has
hundreds of pages that I would normally think would be
pretty dry reading. After I began Ginkgo Biloba, I went
through and read every page and understood more of
our world hisitory than I ever dreamed I would. Friends
might say I,m just a history buff and that it,s not the
Ginkgo Biloba but I am totally convinced it is. I most
certainly would not ever stop taking it. The last time
I purchased it from drugstore.com, the best deal I found
was, Sundown with 60 mg in each. I only take 120mg
a day and still this was the best deal even though I
was taking 2 60 mg a day. I do wish some of our
nation's leaders were taking this vitamin!
