This product is an excellent and effective way to have maximum energy and healthy nerve function. For all you weight watchers out there, taking this is great for getting rid of excess water weight! I personally take two of them a day, because of the milligrams. It works best in two pills as opposed to one. Consult your doctor if this idea makes you uncomfortable. The only thing about it that I wish was different, is that it came in a liquid form. That way you could get the most out of the vitamin itself.
