I have been using this daily post-surgery. Just throw the drop under my tongue, and it dissolves quickly with a pleasant taste. Easy as pie. So much more pleasant than the other nutritional supplements I take throughout the day. Highly recommended!

I'm taking B-12 sublingual from "Nature's Bounty". It is very good. I have anxiety problem, and I noticed it helps a lot when I take it. It has calming effect, but at the same time doesn't make you sleepy (like medicines for anxiety), and also it gives me energy that I need for a whole day! It may probably even help those who suffer with mild depression. You can take it for 20 days, then stop taking it for 10 days, and then take it again for 20 days (that's how I do it), or according to your condition (take a month or 2 straight). I love B-12 sublingual, it so much better than regular B-12 in tablets!
