This is a great calcium supplement and has just the right amount of calcium to be readily absorbed by your body, plus vitamin D. I take one capsule four times daily (one capsule is 300 mg). The pills are longer than your average tablet, so for somebody who has trouble swallowing it might not be a good choice. I definitely recommend it for somebody who is healthy and does not have trouble swallowing.
For adults, take three (3) softgels daily with food. each softgel provides 300 mg of calcium. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
