Most Liked Positive Review Wonderful, Natural Sleep I have used this produce for about 5 months off and on. Not every night but on those nights when I have trouble falling or staying asleep. I have been given prescriptions and have not recieved these results without the side effects. With Melatonin I have no side effects and get my 8 hours of sleep at night so I can get my work done during the day. I would recommend this to anyone having trouble with falling asleep or staying asleep. As with any drug always check with your doctor or pharmarcist. I could get better results from a placebo (sugar pill). I'm not saying to avoid melitonin. I'm saying to find a better quality product than this one. Avoid it.
